Here at A3Trading we have made sure that the process of withdrawing your money, which you either used to fund your account or you have earned using the trading platform, is as easy as possible.
All you have to do is to follow the steps outlined below:
Login to the platform and register your withdrawal request. Make sure you to supply us with the following documentation, by sending it to CUSTOMER.SERVICE@A3TRADING.COM:
- Proof of ID: a copy of your ID, driving license or passport;
- Proof of Residence: an invoice issued in the last 6 months, such as a utility bill (phone, electricity, etc.), that has your address on it;
- Signed Contract: the printed agreement with all pages hand signed;
If you used a credit card to fund your account, please send as well:
- Credit Card Copy: copies of both sides of the credit card you are used to fund your account (has to show first 6 digits and last 4 on both sides, as well as, expiry date and full name) – make sure to keep any other details covered;
- A filled-out Credit Card Declaration ("CCD"), signed by you in order for the Withdrawal to be processed. This Declaration should be sent to you via email shortly after filing your withdrawal request. If you have not yet received it, please contact our customer service at CUSTOMER.SERVICE@A3TRADING.COM;
- Full bank details: your bank account name, swift code, account NO / IBAN, bank name, etc. Please keep in mind that the withdrawal method should correspond to the deposit method you used
